I work best in a cross-functional agile team, using the double diamond process from Google. I enjoy seeing a project end-to-end, from discovering key insights to interacting with a fully formed finalised UI. More recently, I’ve found great value in experimenting with different processes to not only educate clients but get the best possible outcomes for the team.
